Yallah Eat is a fast-food fried chicken spot at 331 Pembina Hwy in Winnipeg, on Pembina Hwy near Confusion Corner. Look for the red Yallah Eat sign on the dark grey building. Inside, the menu is short on fuss and big on crunch: chicken by the piece, wings tossed in your flavour, burgers, hot dogs and a long list of sides.

Yallah means “let's go”

Yallah is the Arabic word you shout when it's time to move: let's go, come on, hurry up. That's the whole idea here. Hungry? Yallah, let's eat. Our flyer says it another way: fresh flavours, bold bites, always a good idea.

Crispy, juicy, by the piece

Fried chicken is the main event. Order 2, 4, 6 or 9 pieces for yourself, or 15 and 20 pieces when the whole crew is eating, each one on its own or with crispy potato wedges. Wings come in 5 flavours: Hot, Honey Garlic, BBQ Blaze, Zesty Lemon, Buffalo. The burgers go from a straight-up cheeseburger to the Nashville-Style Hot Chicken Burger with creamy coleslaw and pickles, and the chicken burgers get our homemade sauce.

We’re a halal spot (look for the sign in our window), and every bacon item, from the Bacon Classic Burger to the Bacon Dog, is made with halal bacon. The fries are homemade, and the sides run from poutine and fried mushrooms to potato perogies, spring rolls and onion rings. Finish with cheesecake or a chocolate lava cake, or grab a milkshake in vanilla, strawberry, banana or chocolate.

Open late, every night

We open at 4 PM every day and stay open late: Mon–Thu 4 PM–2 AM · Fri–Sat 4 PM–3 AM · Sun 4 PM–Midnight. That's chicken till 3 AM on Friday and Saturday. Late shift, late class or late movie, the fryers are still on.
